WELCOME
Welcome to the West Seattle Women’s Golf Club. We aim to provide you with a beautiful venue for golf and a friendly atmosphere in which to learn, play and compete in the company of old and new friends.
Join us for our 2008 season beginning March 4th and ending October 31st with tee times from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM on Tuesdays. For those of you who cannot always play on Tuesdays, we also have reserved Saturday tee times at 8:00 and 8:07 AM from April 1st through September 30th (exceptions are April 26th May 17th July 19th and September 6th). When the weather warms a little, we plan to add “Martini Madness Thursdays.” We also have the opportunity to participate in “Team” match-play events in which a group of us competes with several other teams in the Greater Seattle Women’s Public Golf Association league. Participation in “Team” play qualifies us to play in the City Championship tournament, usually held in August. GET AQUAINTED BREAKFAST, April 1st, 8:00 AM, at West Seattle Golf Course.Bring yourself, your clubs, your cleats and/or bring a guest, but by all means, come to the April 1st Get Acquainted Breakfast. It’s a good chance to get together and catch up on everything that’s happened since we last golfed.
If you are not yet a member, but want to be, please consider yourself invited to this breakfast. Contact Jan Gaunt, 206-932-7019, about membership. Breakfast begins at 8:00 AM followed by golf at 9:30 AM.
