CONSTITUTION
ARTICLE I
The name of this club shall be the “West Seattle Women’s Golf Club”.
ARTICLE II
Membership: Membership in this club shall be of women who are free to play golf on competition days between March 1 and October 31. An application for membership in this organization must be submitted to the membership chairman. The membership chairman will provide the applicant with information about the Club.
ARTICLE III
Officers: The officers of this club shall be the Captain, Assistant Captain, Secretary, Treasurer, Past Captain, and four Trustees to be nominated as prescribed in the By-Laws.
ARTICLE IV
Amendments to the Constitution: This Constitution may be amended by a majority of three-fourths of the members present at any regular meeting of the organization. Notice of any proposed amendment to be posted on the bulletin board of the Women’s Locker Room at the West Seattle Golf Course 30 days prior to such meeting.
ARTICLE V
Amendments to By-Laws: By-Laws of the organization may be adopted, amended or rescinded at any regular meeting of the club by a majority of the members present, provided that notice is posted on the bulletin board in the Women’s Locker Room at the West Seattle Golf Club 30 days prior to such meeting.
